Kalingo LLC (“Kalingo”) engages certain third-party service providers (“Sub-processors”) to support the delivery of the Kalingo All-in-One Marketing Platform (“Service”).

This document lists the current Sub-processors authorized to process personal data on behalf of Customers.

1. Integrations

LeadConnector LLC

Location: USA

Purpose: Integrations to core platform infrastructure, CRM, communications, marketing automations, and AI-based features (which may rely on third-party AI providers such as OpenAI).

Safeguards: GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), ISO 27001

2. Cloud Hosting & Data Storage

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Location: EU/US

Purpose: Hosting, storage, redundancy, backups

Safeguards: GDPR SCCs, ISO 27001, SOC 2

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Location: EU/US

Purpose: Hosting, storage, compute, security infrastructure

Safeguards: GDPR SCCs, ISO 27001

Hetzner Online GmbH

Location: Germany (EU)

Purpose: WordPress / website hosting (when provided as part of Kalingo website & e-store builder)

Safeguards: GDPR compliance, ISO 27001

(Note: Kalingo does not send customer data directly to OpenAI. Any use occurs only through the core platform integration.)

11. Third-Party Integrations

Customers may enable third-party integrations (via the App Marketplace or APIs) to connect with external services (e.g. Zapier, Mailchimp, Google Sheets).

These integrations are activated and controlled solely by the Customer (Controller).

When a Customer enables a third-party integration, that third party becomes the Customer’s own processor or sub-processor, not Kalingo’s.

Kalingo does not control, audit, or accept liability for processing performed by external third-party integrations chosen by the Customer.
