This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited and acceptable uses of the Kalingo All-in-One Marketing Platform (“Service”, “Platform”).
By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, in addition to other remedies available under law or contract.

1. General Principles

The Service must be used only for lawful, legitimate business purposes.
You are responsible for all content, data, and activities under your account.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service for activities that are illegal, harmful, or infringe the rights of others, including:

Unlawful Content: Storing, transmitting, or distributing content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual property.

Security Violations: Attempting to gain unauthorized access, probing or scanning systems, distributing malware, viruses, or performing denial-of-service attacks.

Fraud & Misrepresentation: Engaging in deceptive practices, impersonation, or phishing.

Network Abuse: Generating excessive traffic that disrupts the Platform or other users.

3. Anti-Spam Rules

Kalingo enforces a strict permission-based marketing policy, modeled on international standards and Hungarian law.

No Unsolicited Messages: You may not send bulk or commercial emails/SMS without prior, verifiable consent of recipients.

Consent Required: All marketing communications must be based on opt-in consent or another valid legal basis under GDPR.

Unsubscribe Mechanism: Every marketing email/SMS must contain a functional, visible opt-out mechanism. Opt-out requests must be honored without delay.

List Quality: Purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists are strictly prohibited.

Bounce/Complaint Handling: You must monitor delivery statistics and remove invalid or unsubscribed contacts.

Violations of this section are considered material breaches and may result in immediate suspension.

4. Fair Use

You must not use the Service in ways that unreasonably burden system resources, such as sending excessive traffic, overloading APIs, or bypassing usage limits.

Automated or abusive account creation, reselling, or sublicensing of the Service without authorization is prohibited.
